At the heart of our Science curriculum is the idea ‘Be Curious’. Science is ever evolving, affecting every aspect of our lives and the world around us from the micro-organisms that surround us, the food that we eat to the stars in the sky and everything in between. Children are encouraged to develop their understanding of this subject through active questioning, discovery and a ‘hands on’ practical approach to learning. Science allows children to develop an understanding of the world around them and helps them to develop a sense of excitement and curiosity; a key aspect of an independent learner.
